Data Requests

Health Statistics & Informatics provides data request services for all parties interested in the public health data in their stewardship. Requests are generally classified as non-confidential analysis, confidential record level data sets and confidential analysis. Different forms must be submitted to request data or analyses depending upon the request type.

DHHS Data Portal

The NH Health and Human Services data portal is an interactive website aggregating public health data and producing customized reports, maps and time trend analysis. Developed by the Division of Public Health Services (DPHS), this site aggregates many different source datasets containing hundreds of health related indicators.

Monthly and annual reports of data regarding Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), including numbers of referrals, investigations, cases, and children in placement.

Health Professions Data Center

The Division of Public Health Services developed the Health Professions Data Center (HPDC) to collect and store key practice and capacity data from primary care-associated, licensed health care providers in NH. Data is used for health care access planning and workforce assessment.

Medicaid Enrollment Data

This report contains the current 12-month trend by eligibility groups with comparisons to earlier data; historical data for SFY2014 forward by eligibility group; and the current enrollment by data by town, grouped by county.
