NH Ryan White CARE Service Providers
The New Hampshire (NH) Ryan White CARE Program provides a network of medical care as well as needed support services for people living with HIV. The program contracts with local community-based providers to deliver these services.
Contracted Service Providers
Contracted providers are considered subrecipients of Federal funds and are held to the same legislative and program demands as the NH CARE Program.
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), provides guidance for funding use from the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency (CARE) Act. The funding received must be spent in line with the requirements provided in the HRSA National Monitoring Standards for Ryan White Part B Grantees. These standards include: Universal, Program and Fiscal Monitoring.
The NH CARE Program developed documents to support contractor implementation efforts. NH CARE Program contractors are expected to use the documents in order to meet the contracting requirements.
Annual site visits with each contractor ensure proper use of funds and abiding by the requirements for fiscal, clinical, programmatic, and professional guidelines.
